Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Buzzy.bio, we strive to offer a transparent and fair billing experience for all our users. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules and conditions related to subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds, in alignment with Razorpay's terms and conditions (our payment gateway partner).
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Subscription Services
Buzzy.bio offers both free and paid subscription plans that may include:
- Premium features
- Design customizations
- Analytics
- Priority support
- Other add-ons
All subscription fees are clearly mentioned at the time of purchase and may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@buzzy.bio.
- Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of your subscription for the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for early cancellations. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
⚠️ Note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account. You must make a separate request for account deletion.
3. Refund Policy
We follow a no-refund policy for all successfully processed payments unless required by law or Razorpay’s internal dispute resolutions.
Refunds will not be issued:
- If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle
- If you forget to cancel before the auto-renewal date
- For accidental purchases or unused subscription time
- Due to dissatisfaction with feature offerings unless features are malfunctioning and our team fails to resolve them
Exceptions:
- In rare cases where a technical error (e.g. double charge) occurs, please contact our support within 7 days of the transaction for a review.
- If Razorpay, upon dispute, determines that a refund is warranted under their dispute policy, we will comply accordingly.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be processed via Razorpay’s refund system to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank or card provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
5. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed or incomplete transaction where money has been debited but service access was not granted:
- Please contact us immediately at support@buzzy.bio with proof of transaction (screenshot, Razorpay Payment ID).
- Once verified, access will be granted or the amount will be refunded per Razorpay's guidelines.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time in line with changes to our services or Razorpay’s terms. Updated policies will be published on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
